Ag. CEO of NYA Undertakes One-Day Inspection Tour of Old Fadama/Agbobloshie Land Site

Ag. CEO of the NYA, Mr. Nelson Owusu Ansah has yesterday 20th May, 2021 paid a one-day joint working visit with some officials from the Ministry of Youth and Sports to the Old Fadama/Agbobloshie site in Accra.

The tour which was to assess ongoing operations of scrap, onion, transport and yam dealers on the site also afforded the Ag. CEO the opportunity to know the degree of encroachment and steps to be taken by the Authority to address the menace.

Joining the Ag. CEO on the tour included Alhaji Hafiz Adam, Chief Director at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mohammed Sanni Adams, Madam Francisca Atuluk both Deputy Directors at the MoYS responsible for PPBME and HR respectively, Rev. Frank Lartey, Director of RPPME at the NYA, Mr. Edwin Amponsah, Head of Public Relations at NYA and Mr. Lamptey, Caretaker of the site.
