NYA Hosts Delegation From Madina Job Centre

The National Youth Authority, yesterday hosted a delegation from the Madina Job Centre,led by the MP for the Madina Constituency, Hon. Francis Xavier Sosu.

The meeting was primarily an introductory session to showcase the initiatives of the Madina Job Centre to the Authority and also discuss possible partnership.

According to their leader and founder Hon. Sosu,the Madina Job Centre initiative supports youth with skills and employment opportunities by efficiently connecting job searchers to jobs, providing top notch skills training and establishing sustainable economic cycles.

The CEO of the Job Centre, Mrs. Priscilla Naa Aklerh outlined their mission and projects concerning advancing youth development and their areas of work.

In response, the  Chief Executive Officer of the NYA, Arc. Osman Abdulai Ayariga Esq., expressed the Authority's willingness to partner with them as most of their areas of work aligns with those of the NYA. "Anything positive to alleviate poverty and reduce unemployment among the youth, we will buy into it" he stated.

Hon. Sosu at the end of the meeting submitted a proposal and a draft MOU to the NYA for their consideration.
