Osman Abdulai Ayariga is a Ghanaian politician, lawyer, and architect who dedicated his career to youth empowerment and development. Currently serving as the Deputy National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), he was elected to this position during the 10th Women and Youth Conference at the University of Cape Coast. Before his current role, Ayariga demonstrated his commitment to young people as the President of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS), where he was celebrated for his passionate advocacy and engagement in youth activism.

Ayariga completed his secondary education at Mfantsipim School and pursued higher education at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). With a professional background in architecture, he was inducted as a Chartered Architect on November 1, 2024. His desire to make an even greater impact led him to further his career by becoming a lawyer, and he was called to the Ghana Bar in 2023.

As Deputy National Youth Organizer, Ayariga has consistently championed the interests of young people. He has been vocal on issues affecting the youth under the erstwhile Akufo-Addo-led administration, including advocating for investigations into alleged corruption within the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat and leading efforts such as picketing the Finance Ministry over the dubious SML contract. His leadership style is rooted in transparency, accountability, and the inclusion of young people in meaningful political and social activities.

In addition to his political and professional roles, Ayariga is an entrepreneur and an active member of the NDC's National Communications Team. Through his diverse efforts, he has shown a steadfast commitment to creating opportunities for the youth and ensuring their voices are heard.
