NYA Hosts Delegation from Somaliland

The National Youth Authority has hosted a delegation from the Somaliland Youth Development Fund (SLYDF) as part of their visit to Ghana to effectively gain insights into Ghana's approach to youth development and also to discuss possible partnership.

The meeting commenced with a comprehensive visual presentation of the Authority’s mandate and objectives. This captured Ghana's youth situation, priority projects, and development initiatives.

The visiting delegation, led by Khadar Ibrahim Mohammed, also noted efforts made by Somaliland towards advancing youth development.

Chief Executive Officer of NYA, Mr. Osman Abdulai Ayariga Esq., and his two deputies expressed appreciation to the visiting delegation and noted the Authority's willingness to engage further with their mission for the collective good of both countries.

Deputy CEO in charge of Programs and Operations, Alhaji Inusah Mahama, presented copies of the National Youth Policy and Implementation Plan to the delegation.
