POSITION: ASSISTANT CORPORATE AFFAIRS OFFICER
PURPOSE: To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the Corporate Affairs functions of the Authority
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collects data for the formulation of policies

Facilitates the organization of public education activities
-
Collates data for the preparation of press release
-
Undertakes specified assignments in relation to the organization of national and international events related to the Authority’s mandate
-
Keeps daily record of publications on the Authority’s activities appearing in the mass media
-
Arranges for the delivery and distribution of daily newspapers and periodicals to eligible officers of the Authority
-
Collects data for the development of communication products
-
Collects data for the update of the Authority’s website
-
Collects data for the preparation of the annual budget and work plan of the unit
-
Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Authority
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree Public Relations, Education, Communication Studies, Journalism, Social Studies or any other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution
-
Must have completed National Service
-
Be desirous to work outside Accra
-
Must be computer literate
